Wysing Open Studios 2020 brought together Wysing’s studio and associate artists to showcase recent studio practices and share conversations around how these practices may have changed in light of the global pandemic. In this section you will find an archive of these online contributions, presenting new online works, research threads, retrospective showcases and more.
Wysing Open Studios 2020 took place online between 14 July - 16 August.

30 30 is a digital survey of the last 10 years of her work that can be viewed in this thread and via Emma’s social media channels. Releasing one work a day for 30 days over July 2020, these works were collected here to be explored for the duration of Open Studios. Emma has a social practice, investigating human relationship to one another and place. Working with thousands of people her work offers platforms for people to be together in person, online and remotely to take collective action.
